We are in the St. Luke’s Outpatient Center, Building A, located on the west side of highway 141 across from the main hospital campus. Map

Phone Hours:

Dr. Thomas sees patients on Mondays and Wednesdays. Dr. Brown sees patients on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our office is closed for lunch daily from 11:45-12:45.

Insurance:

Dr. Thomas and Dr. Brown accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, however we always recommend that you call your insurance company to verify that we are in network and find out if they require you to get a referral from your primary care physician (if you have an HMO plan, you will probably need a referral).

Our office does not accept Medicaid (there are many different names for Medicaid plans, including as Missouri Health Net, Wellcare, Home State Health, UHC Community Plan, Aetna Better Health of Missouri…please call your insurance company for guidance)

Worker’s Compensation

Dr. Thomas and Dr. Brown do accept some worker’s compensation cases with the approval of your worker’s compensation carrier. Not all carriers will approve your choice of physician, so it is very important that you contact your carrier before calling our office for an appointment. We are not in network with Department of Labor, and therefore cannot accept those cases.

Liability Cases

Our office does not accept liability cases. We recommend visiting an injury clinic if you were injured in an accident.

Office charges and Copays

Copays must be paid at the time of visit. If you do not have your copay, you may be asked to reschedule. For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards, cash and personal checks (be advised there is a $30 fee for any bounced checks).

After your visit, any billing questions will be referred to our billing office.
