Dr. Frank Thomas was born and raised in Columbia Missouri. He graduated from the six-year BA/MD program at the University of Missouri, in Kansas City. He completed a general surgery internship at Methodist Hospital in Dallas and later an orthopedic surgery residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in New York City. Following residency, he elected for fellowship training in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery at the University of Connecticut with John Fulkerson, MD and Ret Col Robert Arciero, MD.


Dr. Thomas is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, knee and shoulder reconstruction, and fracture management. In St. Louis, he has been involved with local high schools and universities to provide medical coverage for their athletes and has experience in professional sports medicine. He is a member of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He operates at St. Luke’s Hospital, St. Luke’s Surgery Center, and City Place Surgery Center.

Dr. Thomas is married. He and his wife, Ashley, enjoy hunting and fishing. He has two children, Harrison and Olivia.

Dr. Brown grew up in Town and Country. He graduated from the medical school at University of Missouri Columbia and completed a residency program in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He also completed two fellowships with the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, one in sports medicine and the other in musculoskeletal science.

Dr. Brown treats a variety of operative and non-operative sports and orthopedic injuries, including sprains, fractures, and dislocations. He also treats patients with arthritis in the knee and shoulder using injection therapy, including PRP and biologics or joint replacement when necessary. He currently operates at St. Luke’s Hospital, St. Luke’s Surgery Center, St. Luke’s Des Peres Hospital, Advanced Surgical Center, and Landmark Surgical Center, and travels once or twice a month to Fort Leonard Wood to take care of members of our armed forces and veterans.

Dr. Brown is a former member of the Air Force. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as playing the guitar.

Elizabeth grew up in Kirkwood, Missouri. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. She earned her BSN from Goldfarb School of Nursing in St. Louis, Missouri and her MSN from Maryville University, specializing as a family nurse practitioner. She is board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Elizabeth is a family nurse practitioner specializing in orthopedics. She will be seeing patients in the office, performing joint injections, and assisting in the operating room. 

Elizabeth enjoys hiking, gardening and CrossFit.

Erin was born in Omaha, Nebraska and raised in Wildwood, Missouri. She obtained her undergraduate Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at the University of Missouri. She was a floor nurse on the Total Bone and Joint unit at St. Luke’s Hospital for five years before attending Maryville University in order to obtain her Master’s degree in Nursing. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and a member of the Missouri Nurses Association.

Erin is actively involved in patient management by assisting Dr. Thomas in the office, seeing her own patients, and assisting in the operating room. She is qualified to initiate treatment, participate in follow up care, order tests, and prescribe non-narcotic medications.

Erin has two German Shepherds and enjoys spending time with family and friends, sports, outdoor activities, and St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
