WORKERS COMPENSATION

Dr. Thomas and Dr. Brown will evaluate most orthopedic issues for a workers’ compensation case, however they do not evaluate necks or backs. Once you have approval from your case manager to see Dr. Thomas or Dr. Brown, please have the following information available when you call to schedule an appointment:

  • Case manager’s name, phone number and fax number
  • Case number
  • Date of injury
  • Worker’s Compensation carrier name and billing address, if possible


When you come for your visit, please bring your case approval letter from your worker’s compensation carrier (if you received one) as well as any X-rays that might have been taken at an urgent care or ER.

Please note that we do not accept Department of Labor cases.
